Ingredients:

2 lasagna sheets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Place the lasagna sheets in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
