Ingredients:

½ cup all
purpose flour
½ cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
