Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of cooked ham
1 large egg
1 tablespoon of butter or oil for frying the egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or oil to the pan.
Crack the egg into the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry until the egg is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the bread in a toaster or in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Place one slice of toast on a plate and top with two slices of ham followed by the fried egg. Top with the remaining slice of toast to make a sandwich.
