Ingredients:

4 chicken wings
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil for frying For the Honey Mustard Sauce:
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated in the flour mixture.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken wings and cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Flip them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
While the chicken is cooking, make the honey mustard sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl and whisking until smooth.
