Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of butter
2 frozen waffles (or homemade)
Maple syrup for serving (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Add the chicken cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 8 minutes).
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add the frozen waffles and cook until golden brown (about 4 minutes per side).
To assemble the sandwich, place one waffle on a plate and top with the fried chicken cubes. Place the other waffle on top and serve with maple syrup if desired.
