Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of deli roast beef (100g)
1 slice of Swiss cheese (25g)
2 tablespoons of butter (30g)
1/4 cup of beef broth or au jus (60ml)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and place them butter side down in the skillet.
Place the roast beef and cheese on one slice of bread and top with the other slice, butter side up.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom slice is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown and the cheese has melted completely.
Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half diagonally.
Serve with a side of warm au jus or beef broth for dipping!
