Ingredients:

100g feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cucumber, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl combine the feta cheese, red onion and cucumber.
In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and oregano leaves.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
