Ingredients:

1 bagel of your choice
1 large egg
1 slice of cheese of your choice
ΒΌ of an avocado, sliced or mashed

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Cut the bagel in half and lightly toast it in a toaster or toaster oven.
Crack the egg into the preheated skillet and cook until desired doneness is reached.
Place the cooked egg on one half of the toasted bagel.
Top with cheese slice and avocado slices or mashed avocado.
Place the other half of the bagel on top and enjoy!
