Ingredients:

2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice
2 slices of bread, cubed
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish with butter or margarine.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until combined. Add in cheese and stir until combined.
Place cubed bread into the prepared baking dish and pour egg mixture over top. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over top of strata. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
