Ingredients:

200g cooked noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
150g chicken breast, diced into small cubes
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Add the chicken cubes to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the ginger and black pepper to the pan and stir to combine.
Add the broccoli florets to the pan and cook for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
Finally add the soy sauce to the pan and stir to combine all ingredients together again before serving hot.
