Ingredients:

200g beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Then add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Return the beef to the skillet along with the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
