Ingredients:

250g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
150ml warm water
2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the oil and mix until it forms a crumbly texture.
Gradually add the warm water and knead until you have a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into four equal pieces and roll each piece into a round shape about 1/2 cm thick.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each naan for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
Brush each naan with melted butter before serving.
