Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 pita breads

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper.
Place the chicken strips in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Mix until all of the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken strips. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
Toast the pita breads in a toaster or on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned and crispy.
To assemble the shawarma wrap, place some of the cooked chicken strips onto one half of each pita bread and top with desired toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, onions or tzatziki sauce (optional). Fold over the other half of each pita bread to form a wrap and enjoy!
