Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breasts (approx. 200g each)
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Start by pounding the chicken breasts until they are about 1/4 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.
In a shallow bowl mix together the flour, garlic powder and paprika powder. In another bowl beat the eggs and in a third bowl add the breadcrumbs.
Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture first then into the egg mixture and finally into the breadcrumbs making sure to coat them evenly on both sides.
Heat up a large skillet over medium heat with the olive oil and cook each chicken schnitzel for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot with your favorite sides!
