Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of butter
2 ounces of cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
1/4 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter side down on the skillet.
Top one slice with the chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Top with the Swiss cheese.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot and enjoy!
