Ingredients:

2 slices of bread of your choice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and season with garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each slice with the cooked chicken strips and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
