Ingredients:

2 cups of lettuce (chopped)
1/2 cup of black beans (cooked)
1/4 cup of corn (cooked)
1/4 cup of red onion (diced)
1/4 cup of tomatoes (diced)
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese (grated)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, black beans, corn, red onion and tomatoes. Mix well.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice and taco seasoning mix. Pour over the salad and mix until everything is evenly coated.
