Ingredients:

100g spaghetti noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
150g ground beef or pork mince
1 teaspoon dried oregano or basil leaves
½ teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
½ cup tomato sauce or passata
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef or pork mince and cook until browned, about 8 minutes. Stir in the oregano or basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in the tomato sauce or passata and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened slightly. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet with the meat sauce and toss to combine everything together well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired before serving hot!
