Ingredients:

1 sausage patty
1 large egg
2 tablespoons shredded cheese of your choice
2 tablespoons milk of your choice
1 English muffin, split in half

Place the sausage patty on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, whisk together the egg and milk in a small bowl until combined.
Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each half with the egg mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until the egg is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
Place the sausage patty on top of one of the English muffin halves and top with the other half to make a sandwich. Serve warm.
