Ingredients:

50g uncooked egg noodles
50g canned tuna in water, drained and flaked
25g frozen peas, thawed
25g canned cream of mushroom soup
25ml milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked noodles, tuna, peas, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
