Ingredients:

2 large meatballs (100g each)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of marinara sauce (125ml)
1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (50g)
1 small onion, diced (50g)
2 slices of Italian bread (50g each)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
Place the Italian bread slices on a baking sheet and top each slice with marinara sauce, cooked meatballs, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
