Ingredients:

150g all
purpose flour
100g butter, softened
50g sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 kiwis, peeled and diced into small cubes

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet with butter or cooking spray.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg yolk and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Add the milk and mix until just combined.
Fold in the diced kiwis until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart from each other.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top and lightly browned on bottom edges of cookies when tested with a toothpick inserted into center of cookie comes out clean when done baking.. 10 Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely before serving..
