Ingredients:

200g paneer (cubed)
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
2 naans (store
bought or homemade)
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add the cubed paneer and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Add the coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt to taste and mix well. Cook for another minute or two until the spices are fragrant.
Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for another minute or two until everything is combined well.
Heat the naans in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes or until lightly golden brown on both sides.
Place the paneer mixture on top of each naan and serve hot with your favorite accompaniments such as chutney or raita!
