Ingredients:

200g paneer (crumbled)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons oil or butter
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon red chilli powder or to taste
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons coriander leaves (chopped)
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
¼ cup water or as required

Cooking Instructions:

Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for few seconds.
Add onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Then add green chillies and tomatoes and cook for few minutes until tomatoes are soft.
Add crumbled paneer, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix everything together. Cook for few minutes until the spices are well blended with the paneer.
Add water if needed and cook for few more minutes until the mixture is dry and all the ingredients are well combined together. Lastly add garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix everything together again. Cook for few more seconds until everything is well combined together.
Serve hot with chapati or paratha of your choice! Enjoy!
