Ingredients:

1 chicken breast (150g)
1 onion (50g)
2 cloves garlic (10g)
1 teaspoon ginger paste (5g)
1 teaspoon garam masala powder (5g)
1 teaspoon cumin powder (5g)
2 tablespoons tomato puree (30ml)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30ml)

Cooking Instructions:

Cut the chicken into cubes and set aside.
Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
Heat the oil in a kadai or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add the ginger paste, garam masala powder, and cumin powder to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the tomato puree to the pan and stir to combine with the spices. Cook for 1 minute until heated through.
Add the chicken cubes to the pan and stir to combine with the sauce mixture. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes until cooked through, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking or burning on the bottom of the pan.
Serve hot with steamed rice or naan breads for a delicious meal!
