Ingredients:

1 pre
made pizza crust (30 cm)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup diced ham
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes. Brush the mixture over the pizza crust.
Sprinkle the diced ham over the pizza crust. Pour the beaten eggs over the ham and spread evenly with a spoon or spatula.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the eggs and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges of the pizza are golden brown and the egg is cooked through.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces and serving warm. Enjoy!
