Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of cooked crab meat
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices in the skillet, butter side down.
In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper until combined.
Spread the mixture onto one slice of bread in the skillet and top with the other slice of bread (butter side up).
Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
