Ingredients:

200g pizza dough
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
200g canned clams, drained and chopped
100g mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Roll out the pizza dough on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Spread the chopped clams over the pizza dough. Top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
