Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 cooked chicken breast, sliced into strips
4 onion rings
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or margarine.
Add the onion rings to the skillet and cook until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the chicken strips on one slice of bread and top with the onion rings.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the other slice of bread on top and press down lightly to secure it in place.
Heat a separate skillet over medium heat and add the sandwich to it. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
