Ingredients:

2 large eggs
2 slices of ham
1/4 cup of shredded cheese
1/4 cup of diced onion
1/4 cup of diced bell pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.
Add the ham slices to the skillet and cook for an additional minute or two until heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place a wrap on a plate and spoon the egg mixture onto it, folding it up into a wrap shape as you go along.
