Ingredients:

2 cups fresh blackberries
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime

Cooking Instructions:

Rinse the blackberries and pat dry with a paper towel. Place the blackberries in a single layer on the dehydrator trays.
Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the top of the blackberries. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the top of the berries and mint leaves.
Set your dehydrator to 135°F (57°C) and let it run for 8 hours or until the berries are completely dried out.
Once finished, remove from trays and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
