Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread or 1 roll
2 slices of cooked ham
2 slices of Swiss cheese
2 slices of dill pickles
1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread or the roll.
Place the bread butter side down in the skillet and top with the ham, cheese, pickles and mustard.
Place the other slice of bread or roll on top and press down lightly with a spatula.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flip over to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
