Ingredients:

250g firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
In a shallow bowl, combine the cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Dip the tofu cubes into the cornstarch mixture until they are evenly coated.
Place the coated tofu cubes into the hot oil and fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Remove from heat and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice or noodles.
