Ingredients:

8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil for frying
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture until evenly coated.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the cooked shrimp from the skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Place the panko breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl or plate and press each side of the cooked shrimp into it until evenly coated with crumbs.
Return the crumbed shrimp to the skillet over medium heat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
