Ingredients:

1 fillet of white fish (150g)
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions:

Start by preparing the fish fillet. Rinse it under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Cut the fillet into two equal pieces.
In a shallow bowl mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Dip each piece of fish into the flour mixture and coat it evenly on both sides.
Place the coated fish into the hot oil and fry for about 10 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Flip once during cooking time if needed.
