Ingredients:

1 chicken breast (200g)
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour (20g)
1 teaspoon of garlic powder (5g)
1 teaspoon of paprika (5g)
1/2 teaspoon of salt (2.5g)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (30ml)

Cooking Instructions:

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika and salt.
Coat the chicken cubes with the flour mixture until they are evenly coated.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken cubes and cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Flip them occasionally to ensure even cooking on all sides.
Once cooked through, remove from heat and serve hot with your favorite sides!
