Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
1 cup all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs (beaten)
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil (for frying)

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture and coat evenly on both sides. Shake off any excess flour before dipping into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs to coat evenly on both sides. Place on a plate or baking sheet while you repeat with remaining chicken strips.
Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking (about 350°F). Working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan, add the chicken strips to the hot oil and fry for about 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from pan with a slotted spoon or spatula and place on paper towels to drain any excess oil before serving immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or condiments of choice. Enjoy!
