Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/2 cup all
purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.
Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture and coat evenly on both sides. Shake off any excess flour before dipping into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs to coat evenly on both sides. Place onto the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining chicken strips until all are coated.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as desired!
