Ingredients:

1 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 200g)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Cut the chicken breast into strips about 1 inch thick.
In a shallow bowl or plate, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
In another shallow bowl or plate, beat the egg until combined.
Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture then coat in the flour mixture until evenly coated on all sides. Place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken strips.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken strips and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
