Ingredients:

2 tablespoons water
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup coconut milk

Cooking Instructions:
