Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
½ cup white wine
1 cup vegetable broth
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the oregano and basil and cook for another minute.
Add the crushed tomatoes, white wine, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
