Ingredients:

2 cups spinach leaves (washed and chopped)
1 cup vegetable broth or stock
½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
