Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
250g mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
500ml vegetable stock or broth
250ml cream or milk
Salt and pepper to taste
