Ingredients:

2 cups vegetable broth
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups asparagus, chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup cashews, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes and drained
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Cooking Instructions:
