Ingredients:

2 slices of rye bread
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of cooked corned beef, thinly sliced
1/4 cup of sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or margarine and let it melt.
Place the two slices of rye bread in the skillet and toast for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Spread the Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Top one slice with the corned beef and the other with the sauerkraut.
Place the two slices together to form a sandwich and cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
