Ingredients:

2 slices of rye bread
2 slices of pastrami (about 50g)
2 tablespoons of sauerkraut (about 30g)
1 tablespoon of Russian dressing (about 15ml)
1 tablespoon of butter (about 15g)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
Place the two slices of rye bread in the skillet and toast them until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the bread from the skillet and place it on a plate.
Add the pastrami to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until it is heated through.
Place the pastrami on one slice of toast and top with sauerkraut and Russian dressing.
Top with the other slice of toast to make a sandwich.
