Ingredients:

2 slices of rye bread
2 ounces of corned beef, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of sauerkraut
1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the two slices of rye bread in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
Place the corned beef on one slice of toast and top with the sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing.
Place the other slice of toast on top and press down lightly to make sure everything is held together.
