Ingredients:

2 cups of lettuce leaves (chopped)
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup of cucumber (diced)
1/4 cup of red onion (diced)
1/4 cup of green olives (pitted and halved)
2 tablespoons of capers
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
1 can of tuna in water (drained and flaked)

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, green olives and capers. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
In a small bowl or jar with a lid, mix together the olive oil and white wine vinegar to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Add the flaked tuna to the salad and mix until evenly distributed throughout the salad.
Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator for up to two hours before serving. Enjoy!
