Ingredients:

2 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 cucumber, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper and onion.
Add the garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar and sugar and mix until combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
