Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup all
purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cube steak (about 6 ounces)
2 tablespoons butter

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
In a shallow bowl or plate, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Dredge the cube steak in the flour mixture until it is completely coated.
Place the steak in the hot oil and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from heat and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add any remaining flour mixture from dredging the steak into it to make a gravy. Cook for about 3 minutes or until thickened slightly then pour over steak before serving.
